- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet workforce demands across hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other assigned business units.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs across Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract qualified candidates.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, and relevant training institutions to develop sustainable talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement digital recruitment campaigns and social media initiatives to enhance candidate reach, engagement, and employer brand awareness.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Track recruitment KPIs, analyze sourcing effectiveness, monitor hiring progress, and recommend improvements in recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience with hands on experience in mass recruitment / executive search.
- Experience recruiting for Retail, F&B, hospitals, healthcare, or other high-volume service environments is preferred.
- Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and source talent across multiple locations using diverse recruitment channels.
- Experience developing recruitment partnerships with campus and training institutions.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment, digital marketing campaigns, and online sourcing strategies.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good communication, consulting, and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, a data driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
