- Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain
- planning, involving logistics strategy and operations. He/She is tasked to maximize the process
- efficiency and productivity through planning, managing and execution activities required to achieve
- production objectives in the manufacturing facility by coordinating the flow of materials, schedule and
- prioritize jobs to meet the customer’s needs.
- Supply Chain Manager will be in-charged to oversee the movement of Finished Goods and
- corresponding Raw Materials to be used by the company. He/She must be able to monitor these items
- all throughout the product development process in order to ensure that adequate stocks and supplies
- are on hand. He/She must develop a delivery system that will ensure maximum product creation and
- optimal shipments to customers.
- This scope of the function encompasses the relevant country’s operations from RM to FG delivery.
- He/She plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with co-Supply Chain
- departments namely Procurement, Logistics and Production.
- EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing or a related field
- 7+ years working in a variety of roles in a manufacturing organization, including experience in some or all of these areas: Operations. Supply Chain, Procurement Customer Service. Commercial Sales
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Prior experience leading scheduling/planning transformation is strongly preferred
