Student Recruitment / Sales Manager / Trưởng Phòng Tuyển Sinh

• Manage the activities of the student recruitment department
• Develop and execute student recruitment / sales / marketing plans to develop potential customers/students and manage customer services
• In charge of developing and managing partnerships with external education consultants/agents and other related organizations in Vietnam and overseas, in order to find new potential students
• To meet & discuss with international partners and attend related training programmes, workshops / conferences
• To manage all the support activities for the service on study abroad: conferences organization, advertising and communication.
• To consolidate, compile, and manage all documents related to the service, in order to support advertising, market research and serve as references.
• To consult potential students, and their parents
• To provide all useful information related to the overseas study programmes, application process and visa progress relating to students and to organize pre-departure briefings to students with successful application
• To manage and coordinate the summer immersion programme at partner universities; to consult and provide all the information related to the programme, and support potential students in preparation.

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Marketing is a strength.
• Experience at least 2 years in Education Consultancy Service
• Strong knowledge in terms of Internationally Standardized Examinations: TOEFL, SAT, IELTS, GMAT etc
• Good knowledge of overseas studies in general.
• IELTS 6.5 or above
• Experience of studying in America/ UK/ Australia/ Singapore etc is an advantage
• Good ability to communicate well with students and their parents
• Good ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good ability to make an appropriate recruitment plan.
