Reports To: The SRE DevOps will report to the supervisor.

Job Overview:

 We need a manager who can build and manage the server while understanding the server configuration and operation management with the Japanese SRE manager. The person in charge of operating the product need to have a deep understanding of the server, quickly grasp the situation and give suggestions when something goes wrong

Job requirement

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Latency and performance improvements
• Capacity planning
• Manage infrastructure changes
• Service monitoring
• Incident response, etc.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve the reliability and availability of C2C products and platforms.
• Advanced quality control with Bourne Global Products in preparation for the future
• Create materials such as server configuration diagrams so that you can understand the situation for each project.
• Build server monitoring, log monitoring, etc.. so that if something goes wrong, you know where the problem is.
• Information on these operations is shared and systematized within the company.

Candidate Must Have:

• 3+ years of industry experience
• High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-growth company that never lost its start-up spirit.
• Those who are comfortable communicating in English
• Experience using AWS, GCP, etc.
• Network design experience
• Performance tuning experience
• Security programming experience

Nice to have

• Experience in data extraction using SQL
• Be able to act voluntarily and give opinions and suggestions

Development environment

• Languages: Node.js, React Native, Swift (iOS), Java+Kotlin (Android), Dart(Flutter)
• Frameworks: Flutter, AdonisJS, Parse Platform various
• DB: MongoDB
• Repository management: bitbucket
• Infrastructure: AWS, GCP
• Others: Jira, Confluence, notion, Zeplin, miro, Firebase, BigQuery, SendGrid, AppCenter, Bitrise, Slack
