Solution Engineer (O&M)

• Office and site support for O&M team.
• Monthly meeting with customer.
• Cooperate with Solution team leader and process engineer for troubleshooting.
• Weekly on site checking and report to Manager.
• Manage O&M sub-contractor.
• Build up and manage Maintenance plan for O&M site.
• Making yearly proposal for improvement system.
• Support team member in making proposal about design, calculation, flow diaphragm,…

• Basically knowledge about: WTP, WWTP, Chemical
• Operation and management
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, positive work attitudes with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing a work schedule."
• At least 5 years’ experience as design and operation engineer.
• Having experience in manage OM package in advantage. (High Priority)
• Priority of candidate have working experience in same file company with ORGANO
• Can use English for work.
• Having proficiency in Japanese language is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
• Bachelor (majoring environment engineering or related majors)
• From 30 years old
