Social Media Executive

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting social network connection with consumers
• Plan and execute to drive traffic from ALDO Fanpage & social media to ALDO brick & mortar stores
• Optimize, measure and report performance of all social media campaigns (UGC, Reach, Engagement, Brand Mentioning, Lead, etc.)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Design, build and maintain brand social media presence. 
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns

• Tham gia thiết lập chiến lược xây dựng mối quan hệ liên kết lâu dài trên kênh social media với khách hàng.
• Lên kế hoạch và thực hiện các chương trình để đưa khách hàng trên các kênh ALDO Fanpage và social media xuống hệ thống cửa hàng bán lẻ ALDO.
• Tối ưu hóa, đo lường và báo cáo kết quả hiệu quả của toàn bộ campaigns trên kênh social media theo các chỉ số hiệu quả (UGC, Reach, Engagement, Brand Mentioning, Lead, etc.).
• Vận dụng khả năng phân tích để đánh giá trải nghiệm người dùng trên toàn bộ & xuyên suốt các kênh và các touch points.
• Thiết kế, xây dựng và duy trì hình ảnh thương hiệu trên kênh mạng xã hội.  
• Tiếp cận các insights trong xu hướng online marketing và cập nhật liên tục các chiến lược, chiến thuật digtal marketing.
• Tham gia xây dựng ý tưởng mới và sáng tạo cho các chiến lược tăng trưởng trên kênh mạng xã hội.
• Phối hợp với các team nội bộ để thực hiện các chương trình trên kênh social media.

• Speaking skills
• Video editing
• Web development skills
• Basic knowledge of photo editing (Photoshop, illustrator)
• Having knowledge in Retail industry/ Fashion field
• Project management skills
• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Degree in Communication/Marketing/Public Relation or related field
