Social Compliance Auditor

Tasks/ Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance audits of factories worldwide to assess compliance with local labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and/or the client’s supplier code of conduct.
• Generate timely and accurate audit reports in English
• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism and skill when conducting social compliance audits around the world
• Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit and maintain all audit findings confidentially
• Fulfill tasks assigned by Country Manager

Education/Qualification Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of conducting social and labor type of on-site audits/verifications
• Post second degree of: Training on at least one social auditing system: SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, RBA, ICTI
• Recommended: Training on at least one management systems auditing standard: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
• Preferable: APSCA RA , SLCP Verifier, WRAP LA
• Good communication and presentation skills, team work spirit.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Willing to travel frequently.
