Site Expansion Manager

Our company is the leading integrated media and entertainment companies in Vietnam, operating in 5 major verticals including: movie production, movie distribution, cinema exhibition, digital content and publishing.

You are the deal closer and go-to expert on securing optimal locations for Cinema.

Key responsibilites:

Stay updated on real estate market’s trend and outlook and keep senior management informed on such developments
Maintain intimate knowledge of current and upcoming retail real estate projects and land bank
Assist in developing and monitoring company’s site development strategy
Identify and recommend potential projects in accordance with company’s strategy
Conduct field evaluation to assess feasibility for sites, including estimating development costs and construction time and recommending possible deal structure
Negotiate with landlords to arrive at definitive agreements that satisfy company’s goals and KPIs
Build and maintain close relationship with landlords so that all issues before and after site opening are resolved expediently
Manage agents’ relationships if and when using agents/brokers
Supervise and manage the cinema development team

Key requirements:

• Professional Experience:

Bachelor degree is required
At least 3 years of experiences in retail development, especially in negotiation and deal closing

• Skills and qualifications:

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (English and Vietnamese), both orally and in writing
Knowledge of relevant legal real estate frameworks

In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and its current events

The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

Attention to detail

Excellent time management and organization
