Site Engineering Manager

*Projects:

• We will be responsible for the Electrical System, Air conditioner, and Water supply/ drainage
  for plant/factory, buildings, department store as a subcontractor.
• After we get the license of the subcontractor (around the end of 2019), we basically get the project from a Japanese General contractor.

*Working Style
<It depends on the project progress>

• Be responsible as the site manager at the construction site.
• Mainly in HCMC, but it depends on the projects.
• Contract with the clients for reporting.
• Editing the design by CAD for adjusting the client's desired conditions.
• Managing the CAD operators and Engineering staff in the near future.

• Intermediate of English Skill.
• Management Experience.
• Over 5 years of engineering experience.
• The person who has one of the following certifications.
  • Electrical system manager/Chỉ huy trưởng hệ thống điện
  • Water supply/drainage system manager/Chỉ huy trưởng hệ thống cấp thoát nước
  • Electric system (M & E) manager (heating, air conditioning, elevator, etc.)/Chỉ huy trưởng hệ thống cơ điện (sưởi và điều hoà không khí, thang máy…)

*Prefer:

• Connection with any companies are plus - If you can get the contract by yourself, we evaluate you.
• Japanese skill is plus.
• The General director speaks English really well through the working experience in Indonesia for over 10 years.
• On the other hand, the Japanese Engineering manager is not good at talking in English.(If the communication trouble happen, we plan to recruit interpreter for communication).
