Product Monitoring & Issue Management

• Own specific ad products and features; develop in-depth knowledge of mechanics, user benefits, and business impact.
• Monitor seller usage, performance metrics, and operational health; escalate and track bugs and system issues with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct analysis on market, competitor intelligence, seller survey, and performance data to generate insights and recommend product improvements.

New Product & Feature Launches

• Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market plans, including stakeholder alignment, testing coordination with technical teams, and communication plans for business teams and sellers.
• Monitor post-launch impact and surface optimization opportunities to continuously improve product performance.

Seller & Business Enablement

• Partner with seller experience and business teams to address seller product inquiries and refine usage guidelines.
• Deliver product briefing and training to seller and business teams.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Planning, Project Management, e-Commerce, or Digital Marketing.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising products.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Data-driven and results-oriented; strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or seller-facing roles.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools or BI dashboards.
