Service Part Coordinator (SHTP - District 9, HCMC) | Free Shuttle Bus

JOB SUMMARY

• Coordinate with Engineering to finalize Service Part Listing and do quotation on time
• Ensure all orders received hit On Time Delivery
• Close follow up service supply issues and ensure service orders to be processed smoothly
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
• To duplicate Service Part Development and Supply Chain processes from China to Vietnam. Make changes / improvement where needed; in case it needs fit with the Vietnam operation.
• To coordinate with Engineers and subsidiaries for the Service Part List during the Development of New Products / New Transfer into VN.
• To work with Operation and Quality (Inhouse / Outsource) for the supply of the Service Part Orders.
• To work with respective team members (Sourcing/PMC/Finance) for the quotation of service part to TTi Subsidiaries worldwide.
• To ensure Service Part List are developed timely, quotation are sent timely so that worldwide TTI Sales Subsidiaries office can place order timely.
• Due to complication of Service Parts, he/she will work with TTI Custom Department for the export declaration or find alternate solution to fulfill the service part orders.
• In short, he/she will be the coordinator for any service part demand and supply. In any case, there is any dispute, he/she will be the bridge for all communications.
• Jobs are not limited to above stated and could change based on organization needs.

• Education: Knowledge in Supply Chain Management – Materials Planning and Fulfillment will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experiences in similar industry although it is not a must
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing environment, materials and processes.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain including strategies and objectives.
• String knowledge of planning systems and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written English, with a wide variety of internal and external customers, OPD, Marketing, PMC and Operation team.
• Able to use computer, good in Microsoft Excel, Words, PPT, PDF and any kind of ERP system will be plus skills.
• He/She must be able to work independently, bold, good communication, is a team player, diligent, honest, disciplines, good in planning an organizing works.
