Service engineer (Kỹ sư kỹ thuật)

• Plan and conduct regular customer visits: equipment installation, customer training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and on-site technical support, customer demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations based on customer requirements.
• Prepare service reports, maintain accurate service records, and develop service forecast plans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous knowledge or experience in a technical service, engineering, maintenance, or field service environment is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office applications.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel for business trips and customer visits as required
