Service engineer

Role Overview

• We are looking for a proactive
• Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, repair, and technical support for our equipment.
• This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting customers in both onsite and remote environments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Technical Service: Provide Performing Installation, commissioning, training, application support, maintenance, calibration services and repairs for customers.
• Provide technical support via onsite visits, phone, and email.
• Prepare and update service reports, calibration certificates, and equipment databases.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Manage service schedules, tools, spare parts, and workshop.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments, in order to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs
• Support internal technical projects when required.
• Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfilling customer’s needs.
• Ability to be available and on-call 24 hours per day.

• Engineer in Degree in Automation, Electrical–Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• More than 1 years of experience in technical service roles, ideally within trading companies dealing with industrial or laboratory equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to work independently under pressure.
• Good organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork mindset.
• English proficiency (written & spoken) for technical communication.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
