Senior Workforce Research & Insights - Workforce Management, SPX Express

• Coordinate and execute Workforce management (WFM) projects.
• Conduct labor market research and analysis of labor market data to provide insight for line manager
• Conduct market research and organize immersion trips for WFM management team to key regions to deepen on site labor market
• Assist in documenting, maintaining, and updating standardized processes and booking systems.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and visual outputs for internal teams.
• Work with cross‑functional partners to support the execution of initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned
