1. AI-Assisted Development & Internal Tools

• Build apps, web apps, and internal tools using AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding).
• Apply software development fundamentals to develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Translate operational requirements into functional tools and systems that solve real business problems.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Automation

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Data Engineering, BI, and relevant teams to develop and implement tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline processes, and reduce manual workload.

3. Recruitment Performance & Workforce Planning/ Hiệu suất tuyển dụng & Hoạch định nhân lực

• Analyze recruitment performance and workforce KPIs, including fulfillment rate, onboarding, and churn.
• Analyze recruitment demand, hiring capacity, and actual recruitment performance to support workforce planning.
• Identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and resource allocation.

4. Data Pipeline, Dashboard & Reporting

• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and consistent data flow.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor recruitment and workforce performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and improve reporting efficiency.

Yêu cầu

• 3–5+ years in data analytics, workforce planning, operations reporting, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel/ Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, data reconciliation, validation logic).
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and challenge inconsistent data when necessary.
