Senior Workforce Governance - Workforce Management, SPX Express (Location: Ho Chi Minh)

• Execute workforce governance projects and improvement initiatives from problem identification and analysis to implementation and performance monitoring
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce policies, governance frameworks, and operational control mechanisms.
• Analyze workforce performance, compliance trends, violation patterns, and operational data to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of workforce performance and disciplinary mechanisms, including reward, violation treatment, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, Risk and other relevant stakeholders to investigate issues, develop solutions, and drive action plans to closure.
• Monitor project progress, key governance metrics, and control effectiveness; proactively identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.
• Prepare project updates, analysis, and recommendations to support management decision-making and other ad-hoc workforce governance initiatives.

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, HR Operations, or related fields.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or workforce operations is a plus.
