Position title: Senior System Administrator (Linux/VMWare)
Salary range: 15- 27 mil. Competitive. Salary is negotiable depends on candidate ability & experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Base of IT best practice and IT Policy to do daily operating of PROD and NON-PROD environments of (on top of Vmware):
• Manage VMware infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter)
• Linux environment: DNS, DHCP, Nagios, LAMP, Postfix, Zimbra, Squid, Ha-Proxy, Reverse proxy; build & deploy customized Ubuntu desktop images for POS
• Windows Server environment: Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, File & Printing Server, WSUS, Windows Cluster, Data backup System (HP Data Protector, EMC Networker), HP SAN management
• Act as a professional technical lead for related expertise to provide direction and guideline for the team mate, other IT teams; ready for lead tasks and project in related fields.
• Document IT Systems and make sure that the documents are up-to-date
• Take part in IT projects that are relevant to IT systems under job holder’s direct daily operation
• Coordinate with other IT staff to make sure that the systems have maximum uptime and security.
• Ensuring successful backups, and developing, implementing disaster recovery plans
• Proactively monitor and solve any problems with the server and systems

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant fields (preferred)
• At least 04 years experiencing with Linux/Windows server based technology
• Any certification in related fields (i.e.: MCE/ Linux System Administration Certificate) or equivalent experience or certificate
• Strong experience & knowledge of Windows/Linux server based on VMware virtualization
• Intermediate level of spoken English; good written English (be able to communicated well via email with European specialists and colleagues)
• Good knowledge/experience with Vmware
• Good analytic skills for troubleshooting issue
• Understanding of enterprise network and infrastructure environments
