Senior Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this position, you will have the opportunities to lead the testing activities on new and exciting projects and develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing solutions in projects, both manual and automation. Working closely with development team and management team;
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
• Estimate test effort accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities;
• Supervise the delivery products: high quality and on time;
• Drive QA process and standards changes to optimize testing quality and team productivity;
• Other responsibilities that contribute to continuous QA team efficiency initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance;
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
• Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans, test cases/scripts; testing tools, automation test, manual test;
• Able to perform all kinds of testing effectively & independently;
• Good verbal and written communication in English is required;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;
• Experiences in leading team is a plus.
