(Senior) Seller Growth Strategy Associate - Business Development, Shopee

• Growth Strategy: Define strategic growth priorities, seller program strategy, and the execution capability roadmap needed to accelerate seller growth across the platform.
• Seller Frameworks: Design the seller lifecycle, investment principles, and seller management frameworks that govern how we identify, invest in, and grow sellers.
• Operating Model Optimization: Optimize execution models and Key Account Manager (KAM) coverage to maximize scalability and operational efficiency.
• Pipeline & Lead Generation: Build and optimize strategic seller pipelines through data sourcing, lead qualification, and opportunity identification — including efforts to acquire and groom large sellers to strengthen our position against competing platforms.
• Analysis & Insights: Conduct a range of analyses to inform seller growth strategy, including competitor analysis, seller pain-point diagnostics, and program design.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, ideally within Consulting, E-commerce, Tech, Commercial Strategy, or another highly analytical environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving. Comfortable navigating large datasets and analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Ops, Product, Commercial teams) to drive alignment and results.
• Highly creative and results-oriented. A self-starter who can generate actionable ideas from analysis and take ownership of their implementation.
• Comfortable working with data and analytical tools (advanced Excel).
