Senior Purchasing Executive

• Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management
• Source and develop local and overseas suppliers for products and merchandise.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Cross-functional Coordination & Supply Chain Support
• Coordinate with Sales, Import/Export, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support customer orders and inventory requirements.
• Handle supplier quotations, cost comparisons, and purchasing documentation.
• Support purchasing decisions through market trend analysis, pricing movement tracking, and product availability updates.
• Supplier Performance & Issue Resolution
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and commercial disputes.
• Prepare purchasing reports and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
