Senior Market Intelligence Analyst - Shopee

• Ensure timely, comprehensive understanding and in-depth Insights (quantitative & qualitative) in market trends, competitors strategies and potential threats of new entries & disruptors/aggressive competition arising from existing competitors
• Consolidate, standardize, synthesize & automate sustainable data pipelines from various market data sources (from surveys, crawling, research, 3rd parties…) to create comprehensive, reliable reports/dashboard and analysis for competitors & market landscape
• Market Forecast & Planning: Build & maintain and improve financial models to forecast overall market size and trends, competitors specific, including but not limited to Topline (Orders, GMV, Market Share) and Financial Unit efficiency for daily, monthly and annually basis
• Monitor competitors’ product/assortments offerings, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns & tactics, revenue policies, operation policies and operational efficiency metrics
• Monitor, collect and quantify impacts from across competitors data source into concrete financial model for internal benchmarking
• Implement advanced analytics to improve comprehensiveness, reliabilities of competitors intelligence strategies

Yêu cầu

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impact
• Can-do attitude to embrace new changes and challenges in order to solve challenging yet stimulating problems of the business
• Strong business judgment, Solid fundamental of structural thinking and problems solving
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Experience with Financial Modeling would be a big plus
• Knowing Programming language (SQL, Python) to manipulate, automate and draw insights from large data
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
• Previous Experience in Ecommerce/strategy & Planning role is big plus
• Familiar with Competitor Intelligence Data platform (data.ai, kalo…) is a big plus
