Senior Manager Demand Planning

Job Overview

• Be responsible for demand forecasting, order planning, inventory control, supply planning and capacity planning.
• Lead the demand‑planning process to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into procurement and production plans.
• Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting Management

• Build monthly, quarterly and annual forecast models to improve forecast accuracy.

Order Planning Management

• Analyze purchase order (PO) changes and support order execution for key customers.

Supply & Capacity Planning

• Manage capacity reservation and supply capacity.

Inventory Management

• Establish safety‑stock strategies and optimize inventory turnover.

Demand Planning Governance

• Lead Demand Review and Demand Planning meetings.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement :
• Develop KPI dashboards and drive digital transformation initiatives.

• Qualifications
• College degree or bachelor’s degree and above
• Minimum 8 years of supply‑chain planning experience
• Minimum 3 years of team‑management experience
• Familiar with footwear materials, insoles, footwear or consumer‑goods industries
• Familiar with brand forecast management, Development‑to‑Commercialization process, footwear BOM, material lead‑time and capacity reservation. Experience with Asia‑based supply chains and fluent English proficiency are required.

Technical Competencies

• Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning; proficient in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems

Preferred Background

• Brand side: Experience in sport brand companies
• Industry‑Specific Requirements
• Familiar with brand forecast management, Development‑to‑Commercialization process, footwear BOM, material lead‑time and capacity reservation. Experience with Asia‑based supply chains and fluent English proficiency are required.
