Senior Leasing Executive

• Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline to achieve leasing targets and grow the Ready-built Warehouse/Office tenant portfolio.
• Proactively identify and approach target tenants: manufacturing companies, logistics/3PL operators,.....
• Prepare lease proposals, negotiate lease terms, and finalize lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, industrial real estate brokers, industrial park management boards, industry associations (e.g., VLA), and investment promotion agencies.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and resolution of any lease-related issues.
• Participate in site inspections of warehouses/offices and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Education

• College degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development (Experience in industrial, commercial, office, warehouse, or logistics real estate is preferred).

Language

• Good working English for communication, customer meetings, and business correspondence. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a strong advantage.

Skills

• Strong sales mindset, excellent negotiation, presentation, and B2B relationship management skills.

Proficiency

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Yardi or CRM/leasing systems is a plus.

Flexibility

• Willing to travel frequently for customer meetings and site visits in HCMC, Dong Nai, and surrounding industrial hubs.
