Senior Finance Executive ( General Ledger)

JOB PURPOSE

Assist FM overview daily of accouting operations

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Review daily journal vouchers (payments, receipts) and entries booked into GL
• Review month-end financial statements (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow) and other supporting reports (such as bank reconciliation, Cash count, etc.)
• Monitor monthly tax declaration and other tax issues
• Liaise with Tax Department closely to timely deal about tax matters
• Liaise with external audit for yearly audit
• Assist overview daily operations of accounting department including AR/AP/GL
• Assist FM to control budget. monitor cash flow and fund raising
• Other assignments assigned by CA/FM

At least 4 year experiences, real estate industry is preferred

 Strong communication skills & presentation skills.  

 Audit experience, SAP knowledge, ACCA/CPA is strong plus

 Good understanding of VAS, IFRS

 Strong leadership ability
