Senior Facility Expansion Executive - Infrastructure Development

• Manage infrastructure projects end-to-end using a PMO/PMP approach — from planning through execution to hand-over — ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
• Evaluate site-selection criteria for Hubs (New/ Split/ Relocation/ Expansion...); analyze, estimate, and optimize operating costs (OPEX) across site options.
• Closely track project implementation progress, mapping against the company's overall network expansion plan.
• Ensure renovation, repair, maintenance, and installation packages (CCTV, MEP, etc.) at each facility are delivered on quality and on schedule.
• Define and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for each facility set-up, expansion, or renovation project.
• Other tasks assigned by company from time to time

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree or above — Business, Supply Chain or Construction/Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in property/leasing management, facility planning, or project management; large-scale company experience is a plus.
• Strong project management mindset — able to independently manage scope, timeline, and cost.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and understand technical documents and industry terminology; verbal communication in English is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Apps Script, or AI tools is a plus (not required).
• Fast learner, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willing and able to travel across the country for site visits and new facility set-ups
