Senior Employee Relations Associate - People Team, Shopee

1. Ethics & Integrity

• Receive, assess and investigate employee complaints, misconduct reports and potential policy violations.
• Conduct interviews, review evidence, document findings and recommend appropriate actions.
• Manage case records, reporting, escalation and closure while maintaining confidentiality.
• Serve as the local contact for Regional E&I and coordinate with Legal, HRBP, Risk & Security and relevant teams on investigations and policy implementation.
• Coordinate E&I and Conflict of Interest declaration cycles, follow up on completion, and manage related data and reporting.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on cases, risks, trends and follow-up actions, and provide local input to support the implementation of regional requirements in Vietnam.

2. Employee & Labor Relations

• Provide HRBP with guidance on workplace conduct, employee relations and labor matters.
• Handle grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary cases, labor disputes and other sensitive employment issues.
• Draft, review and update labor policies, regulations, procedures and related documents in line with Vietnamese law and Company requirements.
• Coordinate required consultation, approval, issuance, registration and communication of labor-related documents.
• Monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance records and recommend preventive or corrective actions based on recurring issues and risks.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field; candidates with a legal background are preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Ethics & Integrity, Employee Relations, workplace investigations, labour compliance or a related HR function.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, labour disciplinary procedures and labour-related policies and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in handling employee complaints, workplace investigations, disciplinary cases and policy implementation.
• Experience working with regional and cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong investigation, analytical, report-writing, data management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• High integrity, sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
