Senior Developer - Project Leader

• Development and design work.
• Management of up to 10 developers team.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Monitor the progress of team and projects.
• Testing and ensure the quality of projects.
• Define other requirements of clients.
• Support to team handle arising trouble.
• Report to Project Manager.

• Working hours (8: 00-17: 30 or 8:30-18:00) (lunch break 12: 00-13: 00).
• Flex system (Working 8 hours 30 minutes after Coming to the office between 8: 00 to 8: 30).
• The core time system (Working 9: 00-16: 00 on duty) will be started during this year
• Day off Saturday and Sunday.
• Bonus is 2 to 3 months salary (Previous year's results).
• Special leave (5 days / year), paid leave (10 days / year).
• Working office in 17 Floor of "Lotte center Hanoi" in February 2017.
• (There are 120 staffs in the office (General director is Japanese)).
• Interview are held once or twice a year, there are opportunities to hear Worker’s wishes
• Meal allowance, commuting allowance, insurance system.

• Vietnamese ability or English ability.
• Over 5 years of development experience (for advanced developers).
• Over 2 years of management experience (in case of project leader).
• Personality: bright, cooperative, flexible, responsive, persevering.
• Good leadership.
• Management skill.
• Good teamwork.

If possible…

• Japanese ability.
• Knowledge / experience of either Java, # Net, C.
• More than 5 years' experience of web-based, smartphone, embedded.
