Mô tả công việc
- Lên ý tưởng cho các chiến dịch truyền thông của thương hiệu theo tuần, tháng, quý và năm (Involve in create brainstorm marketing campaigns of all brands by week, month, quarter and year)
- Lên ý tưởng và hỗ trợ thực thi các sự kiện của các thương hiệu (Brainstorm, createt and support execution of brands’ event activation)
- Triển khai chiến dịch marketing chung hai miền cùng team Brand Marketing team (Support on execution and performance of marketing campaigns, new product launching along with Brand Marketing team)
- Đi thực tế, khảo sát và đánh giá đối thủ theo tháng, quý, năm (Research, analyze and get all updates about competitors by month, quarter and year)
- Đánh giá đối thủ trên môi trường online như website, fanpage, kênh youtube, các ấn phẩm truyền thông khác…(Research, analyze and get all updates about competitors’ online activities such as: website, fanpage, youtube and other platforms)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Là người yêu thích ẩm thực/ Having passion for food and beverage
- Có khả năng sáng tạo/ Creative mindset
- Có khả năng phân tích/ Sense of analysis
- Có khả năng về content/ Ability to write content when needed
- Giải quyết công việc tốt dù gặp trở ngại/ Flexible when problems occur and be able to solve.
- Sẵn sàng làm ngoài giờ để hoàn thành mục tiêu, kế hoạch công việc được giao.(Ability to be ready for overtime workload to meet company’s timeline)
- Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ chung của công ty (Work closely with Brand Marketing, Content, CRM and Design teams to maintain strong in communication and to support each other when needed)
