Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

Position Summary

• The Senior Business Analyst supports ERP and digital initiatives across AIM Vietnam and regional operations.
• This role bridges business and technology, ensuring systems, processes, and people drive efficiency and scalable growth.
• The role also supports Business Development through market intelligence and data-driven insights within the construction industry.
• Responsibilities
• Digital Transformation Strategy
• Define and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivery of measurable operational ROI.
• Lead cross functional business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Design, validate, and implement improved processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and formal sign‑off.
• Manage the end‑to‑end IT Project Lifecycle, from requirements definition and implementation through go‑live and post‑implementation optimization.
• Own the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of core business systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data integrity.
• Own and oversee company data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data protection, business continuity, and compliance with internal controls.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft business platforms and related digital tools to support automation, reporting, collaboration, and business performance.
• Drive change management, user training, and adoption to ensure successful implementation and sustained business impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage external vendors, and support regional rollouts.

• Bachelor’s degree  5-6 years’ experience in digital transformation, ERP (Odoo, Acumatica) or IT project management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Analytical mindset with business and commercial understanding
• Good communication skills
• Highly structured and detailed oriented
