Senior Associate Business Intelligence Network & Operations - SPX Express

1.Data Analytics: 

• Develop, manage business intelligence solutions and provide data reports to improve business operations and processes
• Evaluate and define business metrics, democratise data by building and socialising decision tools (dashboard, reports) 
• Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports.
• Translate complex network data into scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights for senior management on constraints and opportunities.
• Measure the impact of implemented initiatives and continuously refine metrics and recommendations to support ongoing business improvement.

2. Network & Operations Analytics 

• Apply systems thinking, advanced analytics, and supply chain modelling to provide data-driven insights and decision-support tools for delivery network problems. 
• Partner with Ops Planning and Operations teams to monitor end-to-end lead time performance, diagnose root causes of network bottlenecks, and recommend throughput optimization initiatives. 
• Build simulation and capacity-demand models to recommend improvements in network routing, capacity allocation and lead time optimization.
• Design comprehensive measurement frameworks, dashboards, and control towers to provide real-time visibility into delivery network flow, speed, and key drivers.

3.Stakeholder Management 

• Collaborate with stakeholders for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
• Identify the development needs of data analytics and reporting for stakeholders for the purpose of improving operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability  
• Consult business stakeholders (e.g. Business Development, Operation Excellence, etc.) to run analysis that lead to actionable insights to grow the business
• Lead the effort to communicate the state of the business to stakeholders regularly, enabling them to understand the reasons behind the trends and provide insights to drive strategic decisions

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and other related courses
• 3-4 years of industry experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impact
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level
• Experience in mySQL is compulsory
• Knowing a statistical programming language (Python, R) to manipulate and draw insights from large data sets is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
• Strong business acumen in eCommerce/logistics is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with local and regional stakeholders
