Role Overview
- The Senior Application Specialist plays a critical role in supporting business growth by providing product expertise, clinical application knowledge, and regulatory support.
- This position serves as a bridge between Sales, Technical Service, Regulatory Affairs, and Customers to ensure successful product positioning, tender participation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with local regulations.
- The incumbent will be responsible for product training, application support, tender consultation, product registration activities, and market intelligence, contributing to the company’s competitive advantage and service excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Product & Application Support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and related clinical applications.
- Deliver product training and technical workshops for Sales teams, distributors, healthcare professionals, and end-users.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to support business development activities.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Technical Service team to investigate and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
- Tender & Business Support
- Support the Sales team in preparing technical proposals, product specifications, and tender documentation.
- Analyze tender requirements and recommend strategies to meet or optimize technical specifications.
- Provide competitive analysis and technical insights to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Participate in key customer meetings and contribute technical expertise during sales negotiations.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Monitor and stay updated on Vietnam healthcare regulations, product registration requirements, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate and prepare product registration dossiers and related regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with local authorities, manufacturers, and regulatory partners to ensure timely product approvals and renewals.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and product compliance records.
- Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead or participate in assigned projects related to product launches, registration activities, or strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Technical Service teams to ensure project success.
- Support new product introduction activities and market expansion initiatives.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to Management regarding market opportunities and product portfolio development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Biochemistry , Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or other related disciplines.
- Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Application Specialist, Product Specialist, Clinical Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, or related roles within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience supporting tender projects and regulatory registration in Vietnam is highly preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmaceutical applications.
- Understanding of Vietnam healthcare regulations and product registration processes.
- Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate technical information into customer-oriented solutions.
- Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work in HCMC
- Referred Qualifications / Advantages
- Experience supporting a radiation portfolio , including nuclear medicine, diagnostic radiology, radiotherapy, radiation safety, dosimetry, or related clinical applications, is highly advantageous.
- Experience with radiopharmaceuticals , nuclear medicine, PET/CT, SPECT/CT, or molecular imaging applications is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology, or nuclear medicine is an added advantage.
