Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (Production Schedule)

Summary:

As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (Production Schedule), you are responsible for executing production and material plan for Vietnam in SC Johnson Plant based in Binh Duong. You are required to assure the finished goods (FG) and materials are available as schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review material review planning (MRP) to calculate material requirements based on production plan
• Check production plan and inventory versus demand to be available for supply
• Coordinate with exporter to get shipment schedule and tracking production plan to have the available products for container loading
• Coordinate with warehouse regarding on inventory to get materials and FG products near expiry list to prepare slow moving and obsolete moving materials (SLOB) report
• Send SLOB report to planning manager to raise the critical items in sales and operations planning (S&OP)
• Prepare the obsolescence provision (write-off) for which items are going to stop selling that will be updated monthly

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in any related field
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in related field
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
