Senior Accountant (job#19937)

1. Financial Statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance to VAS and Group Accounting Manual and ensure correct and timely period end close and statutory (incl Tax) reporting.
- Prepare weekly Account Receivable (AR), Order Released (OR) and Account Payable (AP) reports for information to Management Team
2. Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Ensure correct customer invoice on a timely basis and collaborate with other Department on timely collections.
- Balance accounts payables with cash available together with Purchase department.
3. Cost Controlling
- Check costs for each cost centre and report on a monthly basis. Supervise that cost centres are either zero or positive, report immediately if there is any negative deviation.
4. Project Cost Controlling
- Provide accurate and complete actual costs against each item for each Project
- Check with Project Manager (PM) for additional costs not in Contract.
5. Local tax report
- Prepare monthly Personal Income Tax Report (PIT)
- Prepare quarterly Valued Added Tax Report (VAT)
- Prepare yearly Corporate Income Tax Report (CIT)
- Prepare timely Withholding Tax Report (WHT)
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of company financial figures in according to Vietnam Accounting Standard (VAS) and rules defined in Group Accounting Manual

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in MNC, Manufacturing factory is preferable.
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP system
- Ability to work independently and as a team across divisions
- Ability to lead a small team
- Ability to prioritize incoming tasks, keep deadlines and manage pressure in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Pro-active, flexible, adaptable and a fast learner
- English business level (writing and speaking) is preferable
