[Senior] Account Executive

Job Description:

• Continuously build up and maintain strong client relationships with both external ad internal side.
• Act as the lead trusted point of contact for all client account management matters. We want to believe you are always there with us in time.
• Translate client briefs to the fullest of understanding and work closely with internal team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plan.
• Handle client service with excellence and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to client request and objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close agreement on maximize profits
• Prepare reports on projects’ results and performances to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
• Assist line manager in developing new business and managing current projects.

Job Requirement:

• At least 2 years working experience in marketing, advertising or communication. Preferably to experience in handling integrated communication or digital campaign.
• Loving numbers or having e-commerce knowledge is a big plus.
• Be proactive and get-thing-done-with-responsibility attitude
• A person focused on enthusiastic, energetic and detail orientation team member
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
