SBS Finance Operations Associate - Operations, Shopee

• Responsible for the overall selling and operational health of retail outright shops.
• Request price tags, including promotion prices and flash sale prices, on behalf of outright retail BKAMs, and ensure that tagged prices and stock allocation follow the aligned rules and workflows of relevant teams.
• Request different kinds of vouchers based on Cluster’s input.
• Take action in the system to set up Gifts with Purchase, Add-ons, Bundles, and Flash Sale thumbnails, according to the alignment between BKAMs and brands.
• Handle any other ad hoc administrative tasks within the Shop Operations scope.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Leads.

• 2 years of experience in a dynamic environment
• Familiar to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with high attention to detail
• Passionate, portraying strong interest to join the e-Commerce industry
• Good in MS office program and proficient in Excel
• Good communications skills and stakeholder management
• Can collaborate and work well within and with other teams
