主管（越南），其要求和職責如下：

• 高中或文憑以上學歷

• 15年或以上紙樣製作經驗

• 褲子的經驗是一個優勢

• 了解海外客人的製作標準

• 熟悉服裝工藝流程, 打板, 裁剪, 樣衣製作, 車縫, 圖紙, 工藝單製作

• 熟悉運用軟件出圖樣, 改樣及放碼

• 精通電腦操作, 良好的中英文寫作, 口語及閱讀能力

• 具良好溝通能力, 責任感, 誠實, 成熟獨立及主動

• 負責按照設計圖制定齊碼尺寸表

• 負責頭板紙樣製作, 跳碼板的板型審批, 確保大貨各型號標準

• 按照製單要求, 完成紙樣製作

• 指導樣衣工製作樣衣, 跟進工藝流程及製作

• 跟進樣衣的評審, 板型審批及相關修改

• 參與生產過程的質量控制工作

• 處理任何上司委派事宜
