Sales Staff/Interpreter - Architecture Industry

• Belonging to HCM Sales Dept as sales staff and interpreter (Ho Chi Minh Office).
• Main job responsibilities are as follow.
• To be expanded our business, visit to exist/new customer (mainly Japanese related company) (construction/developer/designer).
• Accompany with Japanese director to Japanese/Local company project site.
• Communication support between Japanese manager and Vietnamese staff (Office etc.) to
  convey the direction, suggestion, opinion and so on.
• Desk work such as making quotation, internal document and so on.
• Translation/Create documents by using Japanese/English/Vietnamese.
• Gathering the internal reports and deliver to Manager.
• * To use the special words in operation, so need to study in part

MUST-HAVE:

• Age:25-35
• Education background: Bachelor.
• Language: Japanese-Business, English-conversational.
• Background: Sales Staff and Interpreter/translator at Architecture industry (such as General Contractor) (3 years-ish)
• Have more chance to improve and develop the sales skills.

PREFER:

• Worked for Japanese General Contractor company.
• Worked in Japan or Oversea study in Japan.
• Worked at Architecture industry as sales staff.
• Can read shop drawing.
