Sales & Marketing Intern

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support and assist with functional task relating to Sales & Marketing as well as general office administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to gain practical experience in the international corporate environment.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. Support for Sales Department

• Support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks (order processing, data entry, documentation)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance) for related information.
• Support customer communication (emails, follow-ups) under guidance
• Assist with sales materials, reports, presentations
• Support Event Execution (tool list preparation & set up if required)
• Perform other assigned tasks related to sales operations.

2. Support for Office Administration

• Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and managing office supplies.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
• Handle basic data entry and document management.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers when needed.
• Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
• Perform internal/external support handling such as paperwork, phone calls, and the front desk.
• Work alongside Intern members and other teams for company projects. - Perform other tasks if required.

Education

• Fourth year students (preferably Female) in Engineering or Business field.
• Commitment to working full time in 06 months.
• Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus.

Experience

• No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university/social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Sales area.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Functional Skills

• Good skills for Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus

Other Abilities

• Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, Internet, etc. is a plus
• Familiarity with software or applications is advantageous
