- Planning for Strategize & organize and implementation of business goals
- Collect and constantly update market information.
- Develop strategic relationships with distributors and agents
- Develop sales and commission policies for distributors and agents
- Train, build & manage an effective sales team
- Statistics, synthesis & periodical reports at the request of the Board of Directors
- Support the Accounting Department to Collect customer debts.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 5 years of experience in the hair industry in a similar position, and knowledgeable about the hair industry and the market and customers
- Use English fluently
- Good communication, negotiation and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan, strategy, arrangement, allocating works, building a team, withstand high work pressure
