• At least 02 year experience about Direct Sales Management
• Experience in Direct Sales, IT/Hi-tech product sales
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
• Verbal and written English capability (Advance level)
• Interpersonal communication
• Good negotiation skills at different level in organization
• Organized, reliable, self motivated and confidence personality
