Sales Logistics

• Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ logistics, vận tải quốc tế (Sea/Air), khai báo hải quan và dịch vụ liên quan.
• Tư vấn giải pháp vận chuyển, báo giá, đàm phán và ký hợp đồng.
• Chăm sóc khách hàng và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Lập kế hoạch doanh số, đảm bảo KPI.
• Báo cáo công việc theo yêu cầu của Sales Manager. -------------------------------
• Identify and develop new customers for logistics services, including international freight forwarding (Sea/Air), customs clearance, and related services.
• Provide transportation solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and conclude service contracts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Develop sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets/KPIs.
• Prepare and submit sales reports as required by the Sales Manager.

• Biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Existing customer portfolio is preferred.
• Good knowledge of import-export procedures and
• Incoterms .
• Ability to read and write professional emails in English.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
