Sales Executive Plastic & Rubber Industry (English Required)

• Job Description
• Take full responsibility for the company’s products in the plastics, rubber, and chemical sectors, as well as other relevant industrial materials.
• Maintain strong relationships and provide timely support to existing customers.
• New Customer Development: - Introduce company products. - Visit customer offices and factories. - Prepare and send the samples for testing. - Follow up the testing process and results.
• Sales planning and execute business development strategies and tactics under the guidance of management, make sure compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor customer orders, take full responsibility for debt collection from customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to sales and service.
• Prepare and submit regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requirements from supervisors.
• Support cross-functional teams when needed by line managers or upper management

• Requirements: - Good command of English (or Chinese) – able to communicate effectively at work, meetings, and reports) - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related field. -At least 2 years of experience in the rubber or plastic industry.
• Candidates with experience in B2B sales, technical services, or those who have worked in the chemical industry. - Industry knowledge: Understanding of raw materials and additives used in the rubber or plastics industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working under pressure. - High sense of discipline and responsibility. - Computer proficiency  in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
