Sales Executive

- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ho Chi Minh City with regular visits to Phan Thiet factory when required.
- Responsible for prospecting and developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving set sales targets/KPIs.
- Identify customer needs, presentations, submit sample, negotiate contracts, and provide services as requested.
- Coordinate with the Sales Assistant to arrange and manage orders and shipping.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and stay updated on the company's products and services, as well as market trends.
- Organize, coordinate, and attend to customers during factory visits or as scheduled by superiors.
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Other duties – Perform tasks assigned by superiors and assist in implementing improvement proposals.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Sales and negotiation skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; a proven track record of meeting sales targets; and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Having good relationships with manufacturers, distributors, or contractors specializing in roofing, ceilings, partitions, and pre-engineered steel buildings is an advantage.
- Honest, enthusiastic, and astute; capable of working independently or a team.
- Knowledge of screws, fasteners, and accessories within the construction industry or the manufacturing of related construction materials is a big plus.
