Sales Engineer (Electronics)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Engineer to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Engineer duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

QUALIFICATION

● Bachelor's degree or higher in business or any related field.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

● Proven working experience in retail sales;

● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;

● Proficiency in English;

● Track record of over-achieving sales quota;

● Solid communication and interpersonal skills;

● Customer service focus.

KNOWLEDGE

● OUR MAJOR BRANDS - Siemens, Schneider electric, Mitsubishi electric, Danfoss, ABB, Eaton, Delta, Legrand.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

● Must have experience in our brand;

● 2-4 years of experience in sales management for the position of Sales Engineer;

● Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams;

● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Pay Scale - Based on a candidate's expectation (Negotiable).
