Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting line: Sales Manager

Location base: Hanoi

Responsibilities:

● Develop, expand and maintain close relationships with customers/ partners and develop market segments to promote Fujitsu's business.

● Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers and partners

● Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure stable business situation, report pipeline situation on weekly basis. Report sales activities timely make necessary escalation when necessary

● Cooperate with the presales team, partners and related departments to make proposals to customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.

● Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly. Follow up with customer until final collection. Act as the main contact point for problem-solving with customers/partners if any.

● Ensure all transactions strictly complied with group/company policies & procedures and local legislation.

● Achieve yearly target as agreed with direct manager

Required experience

● From 3+ years of experience in IT sales position

● A person who has knowledge of the manufacturing industry and can independently make proposals that can contribute to the business transformation of customers.

● Good at English communication. Japanese communication is advantageous.

● Proactive and aggressive to find new customers and archive sales target

● Having knowledge in Fujitsu products & services or other similar IT products is an advantage

● Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence

● Moderate ability to manage others

● Good negotiation skill, presentation skill, and communication skills

● Effective problem-solving skill

● Team player, enthusiasm, reliable
