Sales Engineer

Job description as following:

• Implement business development strategies in accordance with Sales Director
• Coordinate and execute sales activities in the assigned market segment/product group
• Schedule to visit customers and handle sales order of customers
• Identify customers’ need, target and analyze customers’ behavior
• Support customers for daily enquiries, advice customer on service and technical matters
• Maintain and service existing accounts
• Approach and bring more new accounts
• Responsible for individual sales target and team target.
• Work closely with workshop team to maximize market potential as well as to ensure customer satisfaction
• Get information on competitor products and activities
• Keep study of company products to consult and suggest solutions to clients.
• Submit all required reports in a complete and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering sales / industrial product / customer service / technical sales, same position in the company which doing B2B sales or belting industry is preferred
• Self-disciplined, open and hard-working
• Customer and result oriented
• Being mature and professional
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• English speaking is required and he must be able to understand datasheet and materials in English
• Willing to travel
• Network in bakery, textile, tobacco, food and beverage industry is preferable
