Our Client is one of the fastest growing English language centers for children. They are looking for a high-qualified candidates for Sales Director (Education) position.

• Working location: HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible for developing and implementing the sales policies, sales rules, and promotions to increase from 10 to 60 centers in the South of Vietnam.
• Recruit, train, and provide constant coaching to new and developing Education Consultant and will guide the Sales Team to achieve its sales targets.
• Provide everyday management and support to staff.
• Inspire, lead, and manage the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Evaluate individual and team performance by setting and monitoring KPIs and action plans.
• Maintain consistent and reliable growth of internal revenues; meet sales Center's target in contracts each month.
• Help create each month's internal marketing strategy and assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Assist all Education Consultant in organizing center events.
• Organize and manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly Education Consultant team meetings.

REQUIREMENT

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of related work experience in the management position, good networking.
• Understanding of sales & customer services is a plus.
• Strong at sales strategic planning skills & selling skills.
• Strong at leadership skill & Professional presentation skill.
• Strong at communication skill in both verbal & writing.
• Excellent organizational, coaching & monitoring skills.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese both written and oral.
