Sales Chief (English & Japanese)

• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
• Staffs and directs a sales team, designer and provides leadership towards the achievement of
  maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Main: Follow the job of Sales engineer, Sales admin.
• Sub: Research and develop new customer in case by case.

* Responsibilities:

• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team.
• Responsibility for “New product plan”, 4M2S, ECO…
• Check quotation, FAI, drawing, BOM, Norm…
• Make KPI, daily, monthly reports to manager.
• In charge of Sales Engineer job in case by case.
• Follow request from Manager.
• Control and follow-up ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

Relationships and Roles:

• Internal / External Cooperation.
• Insures that all Sales meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Delegate’s authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
• Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales to build motivation and selling skills.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

• Graduated in technical university or related to.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales field. Fluent in English & Japanese.
• Experience with enterprise solutions and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in other team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
