Mô tả chi tiết công việc

- To ensure total compliance to procedures and specification that will lead to achievement of Safety KPIs.
- To support development and review of SOPs, Work Instructions to meet customer-specific requirements.
- To work with operations management to develop a culture of service excellence, flexibility, and cost consciousness.
- To conduct all Safety, Health & Environment, and skills certification program.
- To track and raise operations accident and incident reports. Assist and coordinate with site operations management in any non-conformance affecting Safety, Health & Environment.
- To support the Country Safety Lead in generating accurate and timely monthly regional reports for the Global Performance Measurement providing with critical analysis of the data.
- To ensure compliance to SHE Standards, and legal/ regulatory requirements of the sites/ facilities
- To support SHE Country Leads to coordinate monthly regional reporting and critical analysis of the incidents and improvements
- Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00 from Monday to Friday

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Minimum 1 year of auditing and occupational Health and Safety Management system and Environment Management Systems
- Technical / Engineering University degree
- Safety officer licensed / registered
- Excellent hands on experience of Safety best practices
- Excellent understanding and auditor of Occupational Health and Safety Management system and Environmental Management System
- Knowledge of SHE legal and compliance
- Excellent analytical and analysis skills
- Must have the ability to lead a virtual multi cultural team functional team
- Project and time management skills
- Must be flexible to travel within the region and global
- English (communication)
