Risk Admin (Nhân viên Hỗ trợ Quản lý Rủi ro) - Fico

Duties and responsibilities

• Do the reports by manual.
• Summarize status of the reports.
• Review application documents of new sales staff
• Do another tasks from Team Leader.
• Process field verification request on system.
• Copy customer’s information from system to field visit form, download attachments and send to field officers.
• Receive field visit results and pictures from field officers and update results & pictures on system.
• Record the visited cases and number of KM that field officers drove
• Support field officers on their daily tasks.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Have knowledge related document checker
• Colleague graduate.

• Analytical, structured and logical thinking.
• Good communication skills. Fluency in both oral and written English is a must.
• Reliable and diligent with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
